Donna Kelly has prosecuted sex crimes and domestic violence cases for more than 20 years, beginning in Utah in 2003 for the Utah County Attorney's Office. She currently works as a Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Prosecutor for the Utah Prosecution Council, Office of the Attorney General.
